As a Freedom Fighter we are eager to engage with the community through direct action organizing tactics such as voter engagement, street teams, art interventions and events, coalition support and other community efforts.
COUNSELING & SERVICES
Get Out The Vote (GOTV)
We are third party voter registration. We facilitate voting rallies to push get out the vote and involve the community. We participate with various of events to engage the community and work with our allies on getting out the vote.
Black Owned Businesses
Monthly, our team acknowledges a black owned business and bring awareness to help facilitate support to the business. Black owned businesses are not often recognized or receives media attention. Our efforts are to promote black owned businesses and ensure we continue building our communities with support and economical resources.
Take It To The Streets
Quarterly, we take it to the Streets and canvas communities. We engage with residents, provide resources for empowerment, providing awareness and making sure their voices are being heard. We make sure residents knows how to notify their city elected officials. We collect date and provide feedback to the city regarding changes that can be made to improve the quality of care.
