Our purpose
We develop, create, collaborate and implement action in the systems for social reform, racial justice, and equality in the community for black lives and POC. To build allies, establish and foster strong relationships within the community, create more diversity, fairness, awareness, healthcare, and education and to do this work with like-minded individuals and organizations to achieve our goals.

Meet our team
Genee Tinsley, LMHC
Genee holds an MS in Psychology and BS in Criminology. She has lived in South Florida for 10 years, where she is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. The brutal death of George Floyd emboldened her to become an activist and Founder of 4F4J. She seeks to be a voice for positive social change and empower others to join in the fight for social justice. She is Social Justice Guru Award Recipient by New Leaders Council in 2021 and nominated for Dorothy Height Racial Justice Award in 2021.
Kyla Edme
Born in the Bronx, NY, Kyla has called South Florida her home for over 17 years. She is a certified Medical Assistant with eyes on nursing school - but her activism with 4F4J may be inspiring a career change to get even more involved. Her burning passion to make a difference in the community and activism has landed her in many news publications.
Sham Poonaisingh
Sham holds a BS in Criminal Justice. His strong family values drives him to improve the community and nation. He hopes to put an end to social and racial injustice so future generations won’t have to continue this same fight when they get older. He sees 4F4J as a way to connect like-minded individuals and achieve true, lasting reform needed in our society.
